I'm glad I know I have a 2.5liter I6, and I know I have an E30.

Ok guys im bak...whats this i read about my hood? As u can see my engine is larger than normal... my hood is different than the normal E38 so i got a custim hood just like i got a custom trunk lid and thats how it opens... i think the lid is similar to the older bmws but i just liked how they open... gives it a muscle car type of look... i have my dyno papers and ur not gonna believe it...521 hp ran the quarter mile in 11.6

i will change it. the guys on this site have been helpful and i now know it is a 2002...i just put 95 cause i like that year caus that is the year my son was born... and 10.8 i guess was wrong...maybe 11.8 and no the hood isnt bs... i swear to god.

a larger engine? man a V12 fits in both engine bays, E32 and E38 so please spare us that explanation. No hood adjustment would be needed. And man, a custom hood would be one of the first thing i list up.

caught? caught from what? a v12 may fit in both but a v12 isnt quite as big as my engine... i dont apreciate u guys calling me an imposter cause my car is better than urs... u guys got me so pissed i even scheduals a syno run and 1/4 mile this morning... i aint lying... i put a raise hood so i could have more room cause i couldnt close the hood when the engine was done... i lowered the engine and i bought and welded on a new hood
