i wanna see peugot bring the 206, and i wanna see the Renault Clio V6 and most of all i want to see the SEAT type r hatchback over here.
The hotest version of the 206 is the 180. supurb car aparently just like an origional hot hatch just a blast along the country twists but no drag racer. Clio V6 impressive to read about insane frankencar in real life. up to 60 a very accomplished car but the drag up to 100Mph and it starts to loose respect. but you have to give it points for effort
the Seat Leon Cupra R. well what can i say i test drove one a few weeks back. front wheel drive 210Bhp (225 soon) great looking car. 18" wheels, huge brembo brakes, lower than a pigmys pecker. Then you drive it. in a straight line it was truely impressive and really inspires cnfidence up until 110Mph then the wheels start to slap abit on the rough surfaces. You can launch yourself into every corner at a million miles per hour and come out with little more than a slight browning of the underware. i enjoyed my hour with it (came with a full tank of fuel i gave it back with half
) the only problem is that everything is so controlled its all so safe. in the E30 its constantly encouraging you to drop a gear and plant your foot (just like the cupra) but it also drops all the power down at once. with the turbo lag theres a few seconds where you realise why you didn't get a 1.8l 4 pot. I went to the dealer full of expectations of madness. Non of these cars offer you the emotional driving experiance of an E30. Thats the problem i face though. even newer BMW's don't offer it quite like the E30. i have to say though the clio and leon are both in my millionaires garage next to the Viper GTS-R
