jesus i dont think my car would allow me to try and do that. just goes to show what crap some of these ricers really are. bad driver, worse car. i drove someones civic one time just to see it, i pulled over got out and said what a POS get a car not fisher-price toy, it felt like the tires where made out of plastic, the sway bar didnt exsist, the shocks were all blown, and its short wheel base was unstable. but the shocks werent blown and the sway bar did exsist just the springs were so soft they did nothing. but these economy cars werent desinged for that so i guess thats what happens, tires that have no grip, and a suspension that doesnt stabalize the car.

What car is the the person taking the video in? Is that a stock interior? Looks pretty sweet.
It is a VW Passat - I love the bluish/purple dash lighting with bright red needles in VW gauge clusters.

I like how the guy/gal driving the GMC Sierra pickup swerved more than the moron in the Civic did to avoid hitting the dumbass and still maintained control of the pickup, even with the huge tires.

Ricers. [:(!]

LOL OMFG!! NO WAY LOL!!!

Thats a Polish Fiat 126p other wise known as the "Maluch" Meaning Little on, This car has 13hp.. goes 0-60 in 20sec!, My parents used to have this car when we still used to live in poland, it has troubles going up hills but still is a great car. Obviously a another engine has been added the the one in the video because theres no way that car can make the tires spin... wow nice find...

I got a different take in this, 'cos similar thing happened to me. I bet he had a RWD and he tried to show off and applied all the power he could to the rear to overtake that vehicle to his right. His rear got so much power that it lost grip (maybe the surface was wet too). What happened later was a standard action. Lucky that pickup didn't kill him at once.

You guys got on his case so much... sometimes unjustly... I consider myself a good driver (who doesn't?) and had a similar thing happen on my Infiniti J30 with RWD and NO traction control. I was taking a left turn from a standstill and it was slippery (fresh snow). My rear immediately got out of control (again... no traction ctrl!) and as soon as I made the turn, my rear drifted 180 degress onto the opposite direction lane (so I was looking at the direction which would be had I taken a right turn!!! ) . Glad I survived the oncoming traffic! Pure luck, just like that guy.

Any of you 'pros' know a safe way to get OUT of these situations ONCE THEY BEGIN TO HAPPEN? How to stop the rear from flying?

Sorry Bro, You are a bit off... Fiat 126p has 26HP and does 0-64mph in exactly 50 seconds. Top speed ~ 70MPH with a helping wind.

This car had various version as it was produced for some 20 years... my mom clearly told me that this air cooled piece of crap had 13hp..., lol ours went about 117kph but that was like once or twice, it usualy topped out at 110kph, my cousin get his to push 124kph...
Its a great city car but when traveling between cities its not so great considering that when going up hills it goes anywhere between 40 to 60kph...

and i was talking KPH not MPH....

I knew you're talking KPH... That's why I said top speed - 70MPH... (for all other dudes on this forum) - it's math, man. I've had 3 of those. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!! (mostly because it takes forever to pick up any speed)
