How can I add an image to my signature?

I would like to add an image to my signature, but I could not figure out how to do it. Do I need to upload my image to the gallery or a photo server first? Tips on how to do it is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can use photobucket.com to host your picture, then post it here and I can do it for you.
