X5 snowboard/roofracks

I just bought a 2005 X5, and love it. I do alot of snowboarding, and was wondering if the BMW roofracks and snowboard carrier was a good system? Or if there is a better aftermarket brand (Thule or any other) that maybe better and/or cheaper? Appreciate any recomendation/info....

well i just installed a yakima big powderhound SE, and it can hold 4 boards. if im not mistaken, i think the bmw rack only holds 2. oh yea thule and yakima are the 2 major carriers for racks.
