I've been trying to get in touch with my salesman for a week now. Everytime I call they send me to someone else's voicemail and when I call back and tell them I need to speak to him, they tell me they haven't seen him around. I'm trying to get all necessary info together so that when it's time to pick up my car (now at the preparation center), it's as quick and painless as possible. I haven't been able to get any info at all. Any ideas or suggestions as to what I should do? My work schedule makes it difficult to get to the dealership during work hours unless I have a day off (Saturday is my next one).
