ok here we go this time in english j/k

to set ahead: turn the right button towards the right.
To set back: turn the right button towards the left
the adjustment speed will increase the longer you continue to hold the button.
(to change the 12hour mode to the 24hr mode press the knob)
say u r in the car without the key in the ignition, u can press the left button and it will tell u the time for a few seconds! hope i was of help with the clock, my car could be dif from yours hope it works for ya!

o and the tranny is a long story to check it. I read a lil last night about it. you have to have the car elevated level, get the transmission to a certain temp, might be running temp(i could look it up if ya want) then u have to turn the ac on to boost idol( should boost pressure in the tranny)then u have to apply brake put the tranny through all the gears.this fills all the passages in the tranny with fluid, then u open a plug on the side of the case and if it come out the level is ok, if nothign comes out it needs to be topped off withthe same fluid. there are many dif types of fluid, u need to use the same one. i think they are color codes too! i have the torque spec on that plug too idk if your going to try it but thats a breif description for ya if u wanted to know whats involved. if u want i can email ya it step by step if you at going to tackle this job let me know hope it was clear and helpful ttyl [headbang]

the ATF container i'm talking about is in the engine compartment. not in the dash board or a light. if you open the hood you will see it, its in between the oil filter container and the radiator. i think its the transmission fluid but not quite sure.
i just bought this 2001 330ci convertible last month. never owned and German car before. i really like it's handling and the topless since san diego and so nice year around. i also owned a suv.

hello what i think your talking about is for the power steering! atf is also used in the power steering. the transmission does not have its own bottle. to put tranny fluid in, u have to jack the car up. o and they used to say the tranny fluid was life time, but they changed it in 2002. they said change it at 100,000 miles but put new lifetime fluid in it, hope i was of help!
