Small noise / rattle in the Front area

I have an annoying rattle when I hit bumps right around the console area. I don't have any coins around the area but that’s what it sounds like, and it’s not my keys.
It sounds like something’s loose, but I just can't find it.

Will my factory warranty fix this problem?

Hey, welcome to BMWboard.

If your car is still under warrenty its worth a shot to take it in and ask them at least. I can imagin that would be pretty anouying to have a relatively new car.

I would ask a technician to test-drive the car with you in the passenger seat. If there's any particular road nearby where it happens frequently, have him drive there so he has a better chance of reproducing the problem. Once he hears the rattle, I'm pretty sure they'll take care of it under the warranty.
