I'm back and I purchased my BMW! 1996 328i manual trans. It's great but I have a problem. I really into skiing, and snowboarding in the winter, yet my car doesn't have the ski bag installed. When i fold down the rear center armrest and peel back some layers, there is a metal sheet, it has the holes cut, but it is welded in, same in the trunk. Is there any way I could fit my snowboard and ski's in my car? Thanks for any ideas.

You could take out that metal piece with a flat screwdriver and a hammer, or use some sort of a cuting tool. It worked out fine for me.

Yea, my dad and I just did that, it'll be fine, this way i don't need a ski rack or anything, thanks.
