Selling?

So how does one go about selling things to a private buyer over the internet? I want to sell my wood trim and not sure how the process works.

You mean like ebay or something?

Usually you and the buyer email each other stating that you definitely want to do the deal, you tell him how much you want for it + the amount for shipping, then he'll send a money order or cashiers check, after you receive it, you ship it to him.

Make sure the check/money order clears before shipping. People have been known to fake money orders or cancel it after you ship.
