Rear Axle Problem?

Well i've had my 325i for about 3 weeks and i started getting this loud whing noise out of the rear. I was hoping it was just wheel bearings but its probably axle bearings. I wanted to know if any one else had the same problem with the same car. Also, how much did it cost labor and parts. thanx

Is the noise happening when you are driving in a straight line? Does it pick up when you drive faster?

It starts making noise as soon as I accelarate at about 15 mph is when it starts and gets worse. It happens in a straight line and in turns.
