pros and cons of the 95 325i

Hello all BMWBoard members,
Im new to BmwBoard and also to the 325i. I am currently looking to purchase one and
was wondering for some inpute on the caracteristics of the 1995 325i. Well "currently looking
to purchase one" is a mild understatement since Im going to fill out the paper work in about a week.
Im originaly a VW fanatic but would like to upgrade into a finer German automobile.

Bad:
About to be two generations down.
Couple of important parts notorious for failing.
Should have lots of miles by now and interior might look a bit worn.
There's a 3.0L engine and 2.8L one above it now

Good:
More direct feeling than the E46 model.
Still looks great.
