Performance Difference??

Just got my 2003 325iT Wagon on Monday!! I test drove a few different models, both wagons and sedans, and was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the performance differences between the wagon and the sedan. To tell you the truth I couldn't find any difference, other than the wagon is a bit heavier feeling. I believe it is the exact same "under the hood".

For 2003 & 2004 the 325i engine is the same in all 325 models, 184 hp. As you noticed the wagon is a little heavier as is the cabrio. You have to go to a 330 to have a difference between engines of the same displacement. There is a 225 hp and a 235 hp 330 available depending on whether you opt for the ZHP package. Some models also come with different rear end ratios which affects performance as well.
