Sell it and buy a 328i lol.
Seriously though, BMW don't tend to make a fast model, then detune it for the cheaper model. They simply use smaller engines. Thus you can't easily buy bolt-ons that awaken the motor much more than it is without spending alot of cash.
Chipping, exhaust, airfilter are all doable, but won't make a huge difference.
If its auto converting to manual will be the best money you have ever spent save from upgrading.
Enjoy it for what it is and when you tire of it buy a faster model.
