Well i just sold my Scion to get a 95 525iA, i wanted something with a little more class and style. Its my daily driver right now but im liking it alot. Ive never had a German car before, so its a little different getting used to everything. Anyway just figured id introduce myself. Im Alex, i live in Louisville KY and i bartend and soon to be a bar owner. Anyway dont be shy if anyone has any suggestions on places to get parts id definately like to know.

Welcome to the board Alex. The 5-series is a great car. I am not sure of the local parts dealer, but don't be shy about using many of the advertisers here. They have decent prices and it helps justify their existance here too....

1978 633csi Driveshaft Help.
I have a 78 633csi with a 4spd Manual. I am having problems with my driveshaft, it looks like the driveshaft flex joint but i am not sure. It's a round mount with 5 holes for bolts, outside is metal and inside is rubber. the rubber broke, and my driveshaft is loose, lucky me my car didnt rip in half. It's the connecting piece inbetween the driveshaft and transmission. i cant drive it. is anyone on here handy with older Beemers?. [???1]

Well it looks like ive caught the Bavarian Fever. I just bought a 1987 BMW 325e that is now my project autocross car. Going to prolly do the " stroker" motor on it. But she was in great condition and i couldnt beat the price. Im hooked now, and its awesome. I have a feeling this is the start of a beautiful friendship between me and BMW, haha. They got to me young since im only 20. But anyway BMWs are the coolest.
