I AM NEW WORKING WITH BMW I HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUESTION
1-IF SOME LOST THE KEY WHAT IS THE SULATION.FOR MODEL ABOVE 1991
2-WHEN U HAVE PROBLEM WITH DASBOARD LIKE WHEN OPEN THE AUDIO WHEN CLICK THE MOUSE FOR PLAY IT NOT WORK THIS FOR MODEL 2002

Hello Muzori,

1) In the US, if you loose the key a dealer can make a new one for you if you bring down a Photo ID with vehicle registration information.

2) Are you referring to a 2002 model or 2002 year? If you've recently disconnected the battery, it's required that enter a radio code. Without a key this will not work regardless.
