I sent a e-mail to BMW NA and the confirmed the Dealer Incentive! However it's up to the individual dealer to "pass along" the savings to the customer. A practice I've found out they Don't Have to share with you the customer! However, it's in your's and their's best interest to negotiate it into your "Deal"
I mentioned it to my Client Advisor - His response was it was part of my negotiated deal! Sure! Go figure! I can't prove that now - after the deal! He NEVER mentioned it during my negotiations!!!
Mention this Dealer Incentive during your negotiations!!!
[unsure] Well I called my dealer a few days after we talked about the dealer incentive. He said that he asked his boss about the dealer incentive and it came down to that he'd give the discounts for the incentive if I qualify for it. He also added that his dealership does not change prices after negotiations, but since he wanted me to be happy, he said that he'd put the 1210 discounted from the current price.

I guess he wasn't the happiest person when he realized that I knew about the incentive...

Oh well, I'm just hoping that my car WOULD actually arrive by then! It's currently on Vessel Tristan, Voyage EQ414-TST, scheduled to arrive at the docks at New York on the 16th.
How long will it stay at the prep center? Any incidences of people getting their cars go through the prep center in 5-7 days? I've heard of 7-10 days, but don't recall hearing from those that stayed for less time...
Aanyway...I'll post up some pics once my beauty gets here [driving2]
