I just picked up my new car. The car looks like new. The doors seem a little hard to open is that normal? When I pull the door handle it needs a firm pull to open the door.
I had a problem where sometimes the door would not unlatch. I took it to the dealer under warranty, it turned out that the strike plate on the B pillar needed adjusting.
My doors are also hard compared to my previous car. I find that it's really just that the doors are heavier, thicker, more solid. No problems with the latch or anything.
