Cold air intake question

Hi i have a 2000 323i. its an automatic.
And ive been looking into cold air intake.
What do you recommend?
Ive seen a few different kinds like tubing with an air filter
or an airbox like setup from bimmian.com
whats more effective and which would be a better buy?

Go with a Jim Conforti CAI...make sure you get the heat shield to go along with the filter and piping. You might also want to look into the Shark chip also by Jim Conforti....best ways to do a small increase in HP and a better sound to your 323i(maybe a sport exhaust setup also....)
