Can I get a GPS Nav system put in e46?

If I buy a used e46 without the NAvigation system, will the dealership be able to put one in? Is there an aftermarket GPS system that would work well?

Thanks for any help...i want to buy a used e46, but it doesn't seem like many people bought GPS as an option.

You can't get the OEM nav system but any aftermarket system will perform pretty much the same.
