Welcome aboard, I love the color too, they only had 1-2 years of that on a 3 series didn't they? (We had a SEBOC meet this past summer and one of our main members has the same color).

Thanks. To tell you guys the truth, I did not really like the color. I got a real good deal on the car so I ended up keeping it. Color is growing on me tho. Its cool. Thanks for the compliments. Can anyone help answer one question for me. What does E36 E46 mean? I am new to bimmers. I have no idea.

Hey hey and welcome. Nice looking car there. The colour is good, more individual... silver and black are everywhere, even me *cough*

E36 are the the 3 Series models that were produced before 1999 and have a different body shape. E46 is what you have, from 1999 to 2005 (facelift in 2002 for sedans, and 2004 for coupes.)

There is a sticky somwhere on this site. Explains it all in greater detail.
